Le personnel à la réception est très agréable. La chambre est bien pour y séjourner une nuit et si vous ne souhaitez pas du luxe. Le ménage est fait grossièrement. Petit bémol c’est le quartier un peu bruyant.

Hotel bien placé à la frontière et à qq minutes de la gare d'Hendaye pour visiter le pays basque français et espagnol. Mais manque la clim (heureusement le temps n'était pas top quand j'y étais mais quand il fait pas loin de 40° je ne sais pas comment on peut tenir avec juste un vieux ventilateur comme celui de la chambre), pas de minibar et quartier pas génial (certains qui èrent sur le pont de la frontière et demandent de l'argent aux passants) , sauf le coté pratique de la gare et du topo pour San Sebastian à proximité. Prix trop élevé, rapport qualité prix moyen ...

Chambre petite 2 eme étage avec un ascenseur, mais pas pour la clientèle La remise des clefs ne se fait pas à l’adresse qui est marqué sur le bon de réservation, mais à l’hôtel à côté donc génial de se balader en centre-ville en voiture au risque d’attraper un accrochage. vu comment il roule chez eux. Douche à l’italienne, l’écoulement était bouché donc l’eau a débordée sur le carrelage de la salle d eau voir sur le parquet de la chambre chambre très bruyante avec les terrasses en dessous La photo sur votre site ne correspond pas à la réalité, grosse déception à l’arrivée

Bueno, bonito, barato

El hotel Europa, aunque es básico, es confortable y muy limpio. No tiene ascensor. Pero se puede ir bien por las escaleras. Descanso asegurado para un viaje corto. Lo Justo y necesario en servicios y la disponibilidad del bar al lado del hotel.

La habitación limpia y sencilla. Para el aseo personal y dormir más que suficiente. Por la parte que da por detrás del parque infantil junto al rio hay parking gratis.

Booked this hotel as my wife and l were starting the Camino Norte from lrun and all municipal Albergues were closed - blame covid! Our room was very dated and at best average, but for €112 for one night was overpriced. It was literally beside a main train line and it was noisy! OK for what we needed but not worth what we paid.

Très déçu..la photo de l'établissement n'a rien à voir.l'hôtel est situé contre le chemin de fer à l'arrière et devant c'est une place où rivalisent les clochards avec leurs chiens et la police qui guette les automobilistes qui viennent stationner pour verbaliser

Perfect 1 night stay

We spent 1 night in Irun on our way to Valladolid. The hotel is ideally located near the French borders and next to some bars and restaurants. Located on a small square with car park minutes away from Irun city center it is the ideal location for a good night rest.

We arrived at midnight to find the hotel closed for repairs. Fortunately I speak Spanish and spoke to a local at a nearby cafe who told me to speak to staff at a nearby hotel the Aitana. I went there and they had my booking. I had to pay extra for my pets because they were not on my booking. Very poor. No signs on the front of the Pension Europa hotel saying to go to another hotel. If I could speak Spanish I would of been sleeping in my car with my partner and pets. Very poor Expedia.
