Most amazing hotel. Great staff, rooms were perfect. Big soft fluffy towels. Great restaurant and amazing views of San Sebastian. Stayed 3 nights instead of 1!

Loved our three mighty break at the Gudamendi. Desk staff so helpful and friendly even helped us fill out confusing paperwork for the emissions zone. Room comfy and spotless, Lovely sea view, breakfast buffet tasty and grounds had beautiful views over San Seb. Only 10 minute walk to the bus stop fire the town or €15 for a taxi. Great hotel, lovely stay

San Sebastián getaway

Nice couple of days in San Sebastián. The hotel is on top of the hill overlooking the ocean and the bay. It’s quiet and has free parking but only takes 5 min to the beach below.

I loved the outside space beautiful! The pool was lovely as well just a bit cold but the weather was very unpredictable! Loved the ease of getting into San Sebastián by a number 16 bus that comes every 30 minutes. Take a shortcut through the hotel down the hill and the bus stop is there. Loved the friendly bar staff. The breakfast was really good the evening menu was a bit limited but okay. Nowhere to walk to for food in the evening but the view outside was amazing and made up for it!

This place is a wonderful find with spectacular views, spacious rooms, a very nice bar and kitchen, lots of free parking, and a wonderful front desk staff. Mario Jesus was a great receptionist. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Comfortable beds. Good breakfast. But food in the evenings is limited choice with only sandwiches, burgers and salads on offer. and pretty poor quality too. I ordered a chicken salad and was served a plate piled high with dry and tasteless lettuce only with no sign of chicken whatsoever. I sent it back, they never offered to change it and I refused to pay. They accepted that it was not good. They clearly ran out of chicken but why not say so when I ordered.

We stayed at this hotel on our visit to San Sebastián.The reception staff are very friendly and helpful and cannot do enough to make you welcome.The rooms are large and comfortable with beautiful views.There is no restaurant but a very substantial cafe with friendly staff. The food is very good and reasonably priced.We decided not to take our car into San Sebastián which is only a 10 min drive as there is a good bus service which runs every 20 mins and is only a 10 min walk from the hotel.We would definitely stay at this fabulous place again.

La llegada fue traumática. El recepcionista del turno noche no está en condiciones de hacer ese trabajo. No solo no tiene el mínimo de modales apropiados (no responde saludos etc etc) sino que nos advirtió que el “proceso de checkin llevaría mucho tiempo”. A pesar de que pude observar que alguien le dejó ya todo preparado. Era entregar la llave y con calma luego hacer la registration de cada documento. Tan ineficiente que nos tundimos que cambiar en el incómodo baño Del lobby para intentar llegar a la cena que por supuesto perdimos . Nunca me pidió un crédito para consumos al momento del pago total anticipado de las 12 noches (3 habitaciones por 4 días cada una). Cada vez que tomábamos un café en el bar nos exigían pago en el momento . Muy incómodo e poco practico. Mi habitación tenía humedad por todos lados ( ver foto). Lo cual no sería un problema para un hotel de 60/70/80 Eur la noche. Pagamos casi 200 por noche / habitación

INCREÍBLE hotel delante del océano! Con piscina y gimnasio, las habitaciones e instalaciones estan super bien y las camas súper cómodas, calidad/precio insuperable! tiene parking gratuito propio y con vidiovigilancia y mucho lugar para aparcar. Mas que recomendable.

Hôtel situé tout en haut d’une montagne. Belle vue, beau site. Le restaurant n’offre cependant pas beaucoup de choix pour le souper. Il faut redescendre à San Sebastián à environ 15 minutes. Le personnel à la réception est plutôt tiède comme accueil quoique serviable.
