Great apartment in an absolutely perfect location. Great little coffee shop just across the street for our morning fix. Esperanza was a great host and everything was just as advertised. We are staying in Narbonne France for five months and will probably make another trip to San Sebastion and hopefully the same apartment.

Great location in San Sebastián

Very nice apartment and location! Nice neighborhood and proximity to main local attractions. Outdoor seating for breakfast coffee, lunch or dinner right outside the our outdoor deck overlooking the small plaza.

This apartment is very well located - close enough to the Old Town and city center to access everything easily. We found superb restaurants right around the corner and there was a good range of options.Espe made sure that we had what we needed upon our arrival, including cold beers and chilled water!The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed for our 4 day stay.We would highly recommend this apartment and a stay in Dan Sebastian!

Excellent apartment.

Great apartment for 4 adults. Away from the very busy streets of San Sebastián but all easily walkable to the old town new town and bus / train station. I would easily recommend to friends and family.

Perfect Place

We had a very lovely stay here for 5 nights. We liked being in a less touristy spot and if we wanted touisty, it was only a few blocks away. We had a car, and parking in a near by garage was easy. Everything was very well organized and comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again. Espe was very communicative and when we had a small issue, it was fixed immediately.

Great location. No AC so very warm in the summer but equipped with portable fans and ceiling fans in the bedrooms which were essential. Mattresses could use an upgrade. Balcony was lovely. Entry security was extremely wonderful and reassuring. Host was readily accessible and extremely accommodating. Very clean. Enjoyed our stay very much.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay in this very clean and cozy apartment. Location was great for easy walk to historic San Sebastián and pintxos tasting. Esperanza was an excellent host, efficient and accommodating to our timing. Would definitely stay here again…

Wonderful apartment in excellent location

Beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Great kitchen well appointed with kitchen table and washer.Living area is spacious with lots of windows comfy tv area and dining table. Doors lead out to a great veranda for coffee etc.Location convenient and in a nice area.Lastly, the owner was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to work with!

Great Two Bedroom Apartment

- nicely appointed apartment ideal for 2 couples -with lovely sized living room, 2 good sized bedrooms with I bathroom ensuite with shower and the second with tub/ shower , fully equipped kitchen had stove / full sized fridge , washer/ dryer and dishwasher , toaster - all new appliances . Within a twenty minute walk to Pintxos bars, beaches and boardwalk - close to shopping . Highly recommend.

A great apartment in a great location. Yes you can hear some street noise but it didn’t affect us at all. It’s a perfect spot to explore San Sebastián! Espe is a fantastic host and had clear communication from the booking to check in and out. I hope we’ll be back

Beautiful apartment in the best location!

The apartment is located in a great location, close to the train station, sights, restaurants & shoppings. The property is beautiful, clean and extremely well-maintained. Felt like staying in a luxury hotel. The host was courteous and nice. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend if you're looking for an apartment right in the city.

San Sebastian. A home away from home

A beautifully appointed apartment very close to restaurants, bars, supermarkets and retail therapy choices. Following a transport mix-up we arrived 8 hrs later than expected but Espe was there to give us an orientation of the extremely well equipped apartment Highly recommended the apartment and our most gracious host.

Great Location and Really Nice Property

The owner was very good about communicating with us. It’s a terrific location and an extremely nice unit that feels luxurious. Everything was provided. We had one little issue and the owner made it right. Stay here if you want a very pleasant, convenient place during your visit to the San Sebastián region.

A beautiful apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was comfortable, modern, and well-located. It's about a 15 minute walk (or a short, easy bus ride on the No. 26) to the old town. And, after a day of roaming the town, there are plenty of nearby restaurants for an easy dinner. We appreciated that the immediate area was not besieged with tourists, with more of a local vibe. There's grocery shopping close-by, and a nice panaderia a block away. A taxi stand is a four-minute walk away at the Amara train station. Rental cars (Avis/Budget) are a six minute walk in the bus station across the Maria Cristina bridge. Esperanza, our dueña, was helpful and simpática during our entire stay. If we ever return to San Sebastián, we would definitely rebook this getaway on Prim Kalea.

Convenient location

Esperanza’s apartment is conveniently located with easy access to the train and bus station, markets, bars, eateries, La Concha Beach and Old Town. The apartment is modern, clean, comfortable and for our six-day stay, had everything we needed, to include a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Our stay was during the last week of June and the apartment got warm at times. Fortunately, every bedroom is equipped with very effective ceiling fans and the apartment had plenty of windows we could open for air. We very much appreciated Esperanza’s responsiveness leading up to our stay and the fact that she greeted us for check-in and gave us a tour. Restaurant recommendations and transportation information was also provided in a helpful information binder provided in the apartment. We would certainly stay again.

Spacious apartment but lots of traffic noise

Spacious and modern apartment for 4 with a nice, albeit small balcony. Location is actually good but is on a noisy and busy small road that the windows of the property hardly seem to reduce even when closed. The apartment is clean, it should be because you pay a cleaning fee, but the vents in the bathrooms and the fans in the bedrooms are very dusty and need a clean. There could be a few more drinking glasses of different sizes provided. As mentioned the balcony is small and has two large chairs. Given that the apartment is for 4 people then 4 smaller chairs would work better. The parasol is missing it's securing screw knob and is somewhat precarious in the wind. Finding the entrance door on first arrival is difficult given that the apartment is above an Italian restaurant and a bathroom showroom. Would we stay again? Probably not simply because of the traffic noise.
