Lovely apartment close to beach

We had a wonderful stay in Zurriola Beach! Communication with Zerua was smooth and seamless from the moment I inquired about the property. The team even went the extra step of checking parking rates for me at nearby garages when I thought we might have a rental car overnight. (We ended up renting for only a day for a trip to Lourdes). The apartment was just as described and as the photos show - it was lovely! The beds were really comfortable, and the kitchen had the dishes, glassware and utensils we needed for the few simple snacks we had in the apartment. Check-in was so easy! Zerua and Susana were very accommodating when I asked if we could check-in early. Susana is a gem! She took her time in explaining how to operate the windows, and even stayed to help us with our phone connections, which were not working properly when we arrived in Spain. She also kindly pointed out a few close shops for groceries and produce.The apartment was perfectly situated. It is a short distance from a few bus stops, but everywhere is walkable. The neighborhood has several wonderful cafes and pintxos bars, and of course, is only a couple blocks from the beach, where we saw beautiful sunsets!I highly recommend this apartment and neighborhood for a wonderful stay in San Sebastian. And, I would not hesitate to stay in any other property managed by Zerua!

Couple of days in San Sebastian

Nice, close to shops, beaches, restaurants etc. Paid carpark in close proximity. On line you can book 24-hrs tickets. With these you can drive in & out to your own merits. No airco nor balcony which is something to realise.

San Sebastián Apartment

The apartment was very well situated in the heart of San Sebastián and had all the amenities we could desire. We took the car. It was possible to drop off the luggage but a challenge navigating the pedestrianised streets trying to find the apartment. We parked the car in the ‘free’ car park which was about 15 -20 mins walk away. The apartment was on the sixth floor, really nicely done out and very clean; limited views from the windows, just big enough for two adults and two teenage children for 4 nights. You can hear the sea from the apartment during quieter moments. The hostess was very kind and helpful throughout.

Lovely space for a short stay

The place is a great vacation spot - right by the beach and all the rich life that the Gros neighborhood has to offer. The apartment is well appointed and provides what you need for a few days in San Sebastián, from beach towels to rain umbrellas (yes, both are definitely called for!). The apartment is a little tight in the bathroom and kitchen (there’s not really a great space to eat) but none of that matters much if you’re just staying a few days. With all the wonderful food options around, you’re unlikely to be doing much cooking. The host was responsive to messages and put us in touch with an associate, Susana, for check in and other questions. Susana was very helpful, friendly and a pleasure to correspond with. Overall, a great stay!

Lovely neighborhood apartment close to the beach and Old Town

My husband and I stayed one week in this lovely apartment. It is nicely furnished, modern, very clean and well appointed with everything you need for a fun visit to San Sebastian. The bathroom was nice and updated - good shower pressure, plush bathroom towels, with hair dryer, shower gel & shampoo provided. We had a little trouble figuring out the clothes washing machine because we were unfamiliar with European controls - but it turned out to be very simple once we understood the two basic knobs. The owner emailed us promptly with directions, etc and Susana, who speaks English, helped us with check-in and made the process easy. She was prompt in responding to inquiries and helpful with recommending restaurants, grocery stores (there are two on the same street), etc. The Gros district was great - we felt completely safe at any hour. It is a real neighborhood community with families and people of all ages strolling along and greeting each other. We walked almost everywhere. Zuriolla Beach is just a few blocks away and Old Town just a tad farther. There are restaurants everywhere! For the longer trip to Mount Igueldo we took the local bus which turned out to be super easy using your phone Google Maps app. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

This is a cute, clean, well stocked apartment in a very convenient location. Susana assisted us in checking in because she speaks English. She answered all our questions and even made taxi arrangements for us for our last day. The apartment is in the Gros district which is quieter and much less touristy. However, we were able to walk from there to the busy old Town area so it was the best of both worlds.

Zerua has a great place in gros district - the location is excellent and the apartment is very cute. She was extremely responsive, and check-in was excellent (we also got great recommendations on check-in as well). We'll definitely stay here next time we come to San Sebastian!

Tout d'abord notre hôte a était super on a eu le droit à des gâteaux et fruits offert a notre arrivée. Appartement super bien placé c'est sur on a pas prit la voiture du séjour et ça c'est appréciable. Calme donnant sur une cours, les resto et bar sont à proximité de l'appartement ainsi que les aires de jeu. La plage est à moins de 5 minutes à pied le top.
