「⚠️ Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and basic customer service. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. When we arrived, the room was filthy. We found cockroaches, the bed was dirty, and there were insects on the bedding. We took photos because the conditions were unbelievable. We immediately went to the front desk for help. 「Property is beautiful and luxurious. Our vacation included The Springs, Nayara, mi Amor, Tabacon. Liked...the big rooms with view of volcano from bed. The vast manmade pools as well as the water slide are highlights like a waterpark. The activity center seems engaging, we didn't do many besides the big cat feeding. It was a spectacular experience seeing with the animals. What we didn't like... feels like staff here was lacking around the pool area and never left their bar nest. Also compared...

「The entire resort was phenomenal. The rooms were clean and spacious, the restaurants were fantastic, and the pools were relaxing. Each pool has a different temperature and you can find one that fits your needs. The resort had a great view of the volcano as well. We stayed here the last 3 days and it was the perfect end to our trip.」

「Waterfallからホテルまでの道が悪過ぎて夜に通るときには車のタイヤが心配だった。夜は霧もすごくて、ホテルの部屋が全体的に湿気ているような感じで、シーツが濡れているような感覚だった。自然の中のホテルだから周りの景色は最高に良くて、スタッフも親切で、サービスも良かった。ローコストであるので、コストパフォーマンスは良いといえる。」
