A newly constructed residence, elegantly decorated villa, located in the only gated community, Mahogany Bay Village. This villa includes 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, screened deck/balcony and semi-private salt pool. This villa can be booked with Blue Oasis for a 10-bedroom private retreat. Paradise awaits you!

There are developments in Mahogany Bay, therefore rates have been reduced.

Guests do not have access to the Hilton`s Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They`re short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

Our stay was amazing. Beautiful home, just as advertised. We are very familiar with San Pedro, so staying that far south was fine with us. We were happily surprised to see the new growth in that area. The property manager was great. We had several small issues with the property staff. When we arrived, we were short on towels. After making a request at the office, we were denied help. We also had a broken coffee maker… once we reached out to the property manager, he addressed our issues almost immediately. I was very impressed with his response time. We will definitely be back to San Pedro. We will definitely stay in the Blue Lagoon again as well.
