BRAND NEW LISTING with access to our very own PoolClub within the gated community. 5 bedroom Gorgeous Villa , first floor has three bedrooms with queen bed in each and their own full private bathroom. Second floor accessed through stairs has two bedrooms with queen bed each and a shared full bathroom. Hardwood floors throughout. Fully stocked chef's kitchen. Private indoor screened Pool!
All 5 bedrooms have a Queen bed. Yes, the bedrooms are actual bedrooms with a privacy door on each!

We are located within Mahogany Bay Village, the only Gated Community on Ambergris Caye!
Mahogany Bay Village has many different bars and restaurants you can access within 2-5 minute walking distance. The property has private parking for up to 3 Golfcarts.
Guests do not have access to the Hilton's Resort private beach club, gym nor the pool. However, we have our very own POOLCLUB with a restaurant and bar. You simply show our key chain, and you will get an exclusive 10% discount. Ambergris Caye may have power outages during busy times. They're short but may happen during your stay. Thanks for understanding!

This property is located on a wonderful resort, the concierge exceeded our expectations and was attentive and helpful, and the food on property is delicious.
There were 8 adults and we had plenty of room.
