"The grounds were beautiful. The pool was warm and clean..a car is needed as there is not many places that are safe to walk to. The description says there is a beach, there is no beach on property or walkable. We had an amazing dinner at Portale nearby recommended and arranged by owner. Amazing dinner but no real town to walk about. This is a great place if you have a car and want to explore nearby beaches. Close to the train station. "Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite...

Top San Nicolò Hotel Reviews

Solmaris Tropea - Rooms & Suites

Solmaris Tropea - Rooms & Suites

10/10 Excellent
"Elizabeta checked us in and was super friendly and helpful with her restaurants suggestions and overall guidance. Every staff member was very welcoming and helpful. The room was quiet, super clean and had a balcony with a little drying table. The hotel has an elevator/lift and parking on the premises on a first come first serve basis. It’s a 5 minute walk from the center of the city but far enough to be a quiet restful place. I would go back in a second."
