「Hotel and room were clean, however WiFi was very spotty. It was there one minute and not the next. The worst critique is the check out process which needs significant work. I am used to just being able to walk out of a hotel on the day I'm checking out. At Levo you MUST go and talk to the front desk and then they will call for a room check. 「Though not too close to shops, we had a Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. You need to take a Grab ride or taxi to go to The city shops. Especially close to Our Lady of Grace Catholic Church. 」
