The residence is a recently built building located 200 meters from the beach and it overlooks the pedestrian avenue full of shops and restaurants situated along .
Our comfortable apartment is situated on the second floor and it is ideal for 5 people. It has a security door, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, an equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a satellite TV (German channels available), a microwave, a safe, 1 bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 bathroom with a shower box, a window and a washing machine, 1 large terrace and an uncovered parking space. The building doesn’t have an elevator.
This lovely apartment provides the perfect space for you to enjoy your vacation with a group of friends or family.
