This unique place has a style of its own. Fabulous, Expansive Golf Course Views. Located in Lake San Marcos CA right on the golf course. Walking distance to the lake and St Mark Golf Club. One story spacious open floor plan 2000 sqft. Minutes away from Carlsbad, Encinitas beaches.

Other things to note There is a king bed in master bedroom , a queen bed in second bedroom, a futon full size which is ok for two people , a day bed which is good for kids and one queen size sofa bed in living room

Home on the golf course
We had a lovely stay here. Older home that's been nicely updated in a very safe neighborhood. Host was responsive and flexible. Would stay here again

Family Visit
The house is in a beautiful community. We walked to the Grille at the Golf Course. We enjoyed watching the golfers in the yard. It was great for us for we were able to walk to see our family. The house did not have a binder of any numbers or places of interest whether it’s restaurant’s or attractions, Now we know the area, but for those that do not. Also, there was nothing as far as how they like to close up the home when it is time to leave or anything to welcome guests upon arrival. I believe communication is key. Every VRBO Rental is different. The coffee maker’s lid was broken so we had to be careful when making coffee. The bed sheets were either old or poor quality and or both. I would purchase better sheets. Also, ones that do not hold in heat. Maybe provide fans for the rooms. Also, not sure if the master bedroom with tub sheets were cleaned. The sheets had a not so clean smell. We then went to the back master room. I apologize for a review like this but it needed to be said. This was a first for us and we utilize VRBO all the time. We did appreciate the space and the neighborhood!

Beautiful Home on Golf Course
Perfect home right on a beautiful golf course. Very comfortable beds. Had everything we needed. Felt very private. House is so quiet. There are fans in the garage to use to move air for those who want more air flow. Loved being able to take my dog with me too. Wonderful stay!

Great Golf Getaway
This home was the perfect golf getaway. Located walking distance to The Links and a three minute drive to The Exec, it was perfect for us. The neighborhood was beautiful with restaurants within walking distance. The home was comfortable and clean and right on the golf course. Owner was quick to respond to questions and made everything easy. I would definitely come back!
