"Highly recommend this hotel. From coming in through the door, where we received a lovely welcome, right through to leaving, the staff were friendly, helpful and just wanted to do their best for you. Our accessible room was great, on the ground floor near the bar/dining room and had a lovely wet room. The hotel is ideal walking distance to the town. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side and we couldn't use the outdoor terrace - it looked lovely though, Lots of selection for breakfast. The hotel organised a taxi for us to take us to Pisa airport with a stop at the Leaning Tower - really great service and lovely driver. Highly recommend"

"Massimo’s house is beautifully situated up in the hills of Lucca. The house is clean, well equipped, and absolutely charming. Massimo was an amazing host, making sure we had everything we needed and very helpful with so many great recommendations for spots to visit.
