The hotel is beautiful they have a restaurant with a full bar. All of the food from the restaurant was delicious. As against that. The hotel you get free breakfast when you get one hour of spa time, which is the Jacuzzi and the sauna room. The staff there will go above and beyond for the guests. I can’t say enough good things about all the staff. They were all so professional and wanted help in any way. I loved this hotel. I highly recommend this hotel by far one of the best places I have ever stayed. if I could give this place 10 stars I would.

The rooms and entire hotel beautiful and spotless. The food is delicious. And the staff is beyond amazing. I’ve stayed here twice. You can also get massages at the spa, which is in the hotel. The suites are huge and you get your own hot tub. If you choose one of those rooms I can’t say enough wonderful things about this hotel. You have to experience it for yourself. I love it here.

El hotel esta muy bien, en general, pero la zona en laque se encuentra ubicado está muy fea, zona industrial. Cuándo lo renté, la app Expedía me señaló que estaba en el centro de SLP y para nada. Tuvimos in inconveniente con el restaurante, el bufete no estuvo listo a la hora comprometida, pero el personal fue muy amable para resolver la situación. Su estacionamiento es muy pequeño, al final del día tuve que dejar mi automóvil en un lugar no adecuado.

Yo viajo por trabajo, para descansar esta genial es de lo mejor que hay en San Luis desde la recepción(personal muy amable y atento)caminar por sus pasillos es un placer visual, excelentes habitaciones camas, sabanas etc, de mi ultima visita lo único que no me gusto es que supongo que hay una bodega a un lado y mas o menos 3-4 am llego 1 tráiler que no podía entrar y ya no me dejo dormir(como área de mejora hay hoteles que sus habitaciones son a prueba de ruido, seria el único detalle para que estuviera de 10)

El restaurant no tiene un servicio ágil, y aunque no es caro, se necesita mejorar el sabor del oro negro, hubo inconsistencias en la cuenta, se las hize notar a la mesera. No deben retener a un huésped en la recepcion para revisar la habitacion, eso es de hoteles baratos, en mi caso me dijeron que faltaba una toalla lo cual es ofensivo, ya despues me la cobraron por que tenia maquillaje, entiendo, pero no debieron haber dicho que faltaba una toalla. No volveré ni recomendaré su hotel.
