"The address sent to us after booking and the address on the website is wrong! No one answers the phone.
We arrived at 10 pm and were lost for a few hours. We met by chance a man in the street after midnight, who directed us and told us that we made a bad choice.
After a 25 minutes drive, we had to pass through a police gate to get to the facility, and drive for another 10 minutes.
It was dark and not a single person in the lobby. After 30 minutes of attempts, we had to leave and book another...

"The room was very clean and breakfast was good - we were on the ground floor - would suggest getting a first floor room as we could here the water falling in our room from the shower and the toilet - apart from that I would recommend this property"

It was a phantastic experience at the monastery, which I can recommend to everybody who is willing to strip down on the comfort of standard hotels. A big bonus was the proximity to the massive monument of The Valley of the Fallen, which I was able to explore after the ordinary tourists left.

This is a unique hotel. It's quite different from a traditional American hotel, but it has all what you need for a relaxing stay. The breakfast is basic, but nice to have. Staff are very friendly, but the language was a barrier. It would have helped if I knew some Spanish!
Hotel management communicates via Whatsapp, which was helpful when I asked for an iron and ironing table.

Clean and comfortable. Easy parking, great staff and an excellent selection on the breakfast which is included. The only downside is there are no fridges in the room...and for longer stays this is very helpful. I definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent value
