We struggled to get in touch with the "on-site" manager in part because our international phone plan wasnt working well, but the property mgmt office was always quick to respond. I highly recommend getting directions before you go.....the apartment is at the top of a steep and winding (paved) road which we never would have found if not for a couple of lovely locals who spoke enough English to get us going in the right...
