  • Located in Santurce by Ciudadela. A great option for big groups and family gatherings. You’ll have the whole house to yourself along with free street parking and numerous restaurants within a short walking distance on the same street. This prime location is neighboring La Placita and all of the major hotels. Come and enjoy San Juan and some of the best beaches in the entire Caribbean.

    BEDROOM LAYOUT:
    All the bedrooms are on right side of the property. While the living/common areas are on the left side of the property. First two bedrooms share a wall while the primary room is separated by a bathroom. Each room has ample walking space with large windows for ample light and air conditioning.

    BEDROOM 2: Queen bed, middle room with an en-suite (shared bathroom)

Host was great, Vrbo was not

Karl is wonderful to work with and was always very prompt with his responses. We had to leave after one day because of an emergency and my problem is with the Vrbo site. We had a 13 day rental and if I had been able to cancel Karl could have put it back on the market, and I could have been partially refunded but Vrbo does not allow you to cancel after you check in. It was over 2 holidays and it would have rented if it could have been listed again.

Great place, small changes would make it excellent

8/10Overall very good. We would definitely stay here again. Nice, comfortable, clean, nice minimalist decor. Location is central, urban, close to a lot of things. Felt safe. 2nd bathroom is tiny (like, too small for an adult to shower in). Pillows were terrible (very flat, unsupportive). Otherwise beds were comfortable. Very nice balcony, that we enjoyed. This property would benefit from being more well stocked, overall. The property needed more items in my opinion, such as more towels, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, laundry soap for the washing machine. Karl did have some supplies delivered from Walmart when I asked (more TP and towels).Communication: Poor to begin. Improved after contacting VRBO (I couldn’t reach Karl up until 2 days before our check in, despite my efforts). After we connected communication was fine moving forward. We didn’t get the key code until 4pm on day of check in, and only after I asked for it. That was a bit stressful. Air Conditioning: there are only AC mini split units in the BEDROOMS. Very effective in the bedrooms. No AC in common areas. This was no problem for us, but may be for others. Cooled down enough at night to be comfortable, with ceiling fans.
