After 5+ years of travel through 50+ countries, I found Playa Ocean Park so special that I decided to set up shop. It's my favorite neighborhood of San Juan, where you can watch kitesurfers in the ocean out front while enjoying a free concert in the park out back.

This condo is clean and freshly renovated with strong AC, fast WiFi, a workspace with amazing view, a new TV and a half kitchen.

It has a Queen bed and a Futon Sofa (which can sleep two more people). It's intentionally minimalist and clutter-free, but it has all the essentials - just pack your clothes and toothbrush.

We are a 0 min walk to the beach (the lobby front door gets sandy, so can enter through the back parking lot).

Down the street (3-5 mins walk) begins a strip of cafes/coworks, restaurants, and hotels. Many locals and tourists hang out at the cafes, beaches and shops along the way.

Walgreens/grocery stores are a 10-15 min walk, 10 min drive to the airport or Old San Juan.

E-Bike and e-scooter docks are out front and, while I do not have a reserved parking spot, prior guests have been able to find parking in the public lots that are within a few minutes walk.

- If you're planning to order a package during your stay, please let me know beforehand so we can plan the delivery instructions.
- Check out is by 11AM and check in is after 230PM. I'm happy to accommodate early/late check-in/checkout when possible, but it depends on other guests' schedules and cleaner availability. Let me know what you need, and I'll do my best to make it work.

Very clean, comfortable, modern unit in a safe and quiet part of Ocean Park. The AC and internet worked perfectly, the building is very secure, and the location can’t be beat. Ocean view is beautiful, as well! As advertised, the unit is somewhat minimalist. I would have loved to have had a coffee maker. Also, as others have mentioned, the water in the shower was never particularly hot, but just warm enough. This was by far my favorite lodging in San Juan so far. I was sorry to leave and would love to come back anytime!

Beautiful location, clean room, felt safe, walked everywhere, really enjoyed the area. Multiple Dining and shopping options with 5-10 min walk. Brand new track across the road where families gathered. Beautiful beaches to walk on.

Nice place. Sofa bed a little soft but ok. Everything clean and tidy and working. We were worried about the noise outside, sirens and people, but it was very quiet after 11. Location not bad. Beach nearby is small and not really a tourist beach but other beaches in walking distance. Great communication with owner, gave us tips, checked we had arrived ok and let us check in early. Good security in place. We felt secure here. Would recommend as a decent place for a good price when other places seemed very expensive. We were there at Xmas when all prices were probably inflated. Good stay. Thanks.

I had a great experience at this location. The view was gorgeous & I was able to walk right out of front door to sit on beach. The host responded to my clarifying questions very quickly & the instructions/pictures of the process were extremely helpful. My sister-in-law and I also appreciated the safety aspects. I plan to save this location & stay again during my next visit to Puerto Rico.

Wonderful condo centrally located to all activities around San Juan. The host was very nice and always quick to respond to any question that I had. Very clean and the laundry downstairs was easy to use through the app. Great for single traveler or perhaps a couple. Not super frilly but great for the price. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful stay, but windows spoiled the view.We really enjoyed our weekend in San Juan - the location was amazing and the space itself was spot clean, beautiful, bright, and comfortable. However, the large windows facing the water were quite dirty on the outside, which unfortunately spoiled what could have been a stunning view. Otherwise, this place would be absolute perfect.

Perfect for our week long vacay!

Me and my friend had an amazing time here! The location was perfect, it’s easily within walking distance to the main streets but we liked to take the scooters as there’s a scooter hotspot right outside. The bed was comfy and clean and the place had everything we needed. Access was super easy and we felt very safe here. Our host Dalton was very responsive and helpful and gave us some good tips. I’d for sure recommend this place to anyone wanting to go!! I will be back. The view was BEAUTIFUL and the beach was perfect!!!

10/10 Great Apartment. Great Location.

A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. I have no idea why the gates are there. I saw no evidence of criminal activity. The area is generally upscale. We generally walked everywhere. More than a dozen bars and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk. We took Uber to Condado and to Old San Juan. The rides cost around 10 - 15. The room is a studio apartment. Great wi-fi and A/C. The elevator ride to the room requires a key, and the door has two sets of locks. The building and the area seemed completely safe. My favorite activity was the walk on Calle Loiza, stopping for lunch, and then arriving at the area where murals are on every block. We then walked back along the ocean.

Beautiful and comfortable stay !

The stay at this property was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t have been better – right on the beach with breathtaking views and easy access to the sand. Waking up to the sound of the waves and enjoying views of the kite surfers from the 4th floor was an experience we’ll never forget.The property itself was immaculate, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It had everything we needed for a relaxing and convenient stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a cozy couch and bed. The beach access was seamless, and we loved having the option to just walk out the door and be on the beach within moments.What really set this place apart, though, was its proximity to a variety of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and local shops. Whether we were craving fresh seafood, a quick bite, or a relaxing coffee, everything was just a short walk away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable!We truly had a fantastic time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach getaway with great amenities nearby. We can’t wait to return!
