Please remove excess sand from shoes and body before returning back to unit from beach. There is a shower next to the beach gate for your convenience.

Lots of great communication before & during stay, cleanliness, beach chairs great surprise and had plenty of bath & beach towels. Had the little things like laundry detergent, plenty of toilet paper & kitchen stocked with what we needed (only suggestion is add a toaster). Literally had the beach to ourselves!

This condo was very spacious and super clean. Loved that the pool area and bathroom were Very Clean. Loved the direct access to the beach. The community in this condo were very friendly. The condo could use some updating in the bedrooms and bathrooms downstairs. The master bathroom, the shower leaked all over the floor, so had to switch the full bathroom upstairs to shower. The unit is advertised to sleep 6 (which it can comfortably), but the unit only has 4 towels, 2 wash clothes and 2 beach towels. So, I suggest bringing some towels with you. Bring your own beach chairs, hair dryer, night light and a blanket. The refrigerator's ice maker does not work, so stop and get a bag of ice, if you like ice. The unit could use a few more items, but we got by. The a/c works great. We did not use any of the appliances, so I cannot say if they were all working properly. Otherwise, we would stay at the complex again. It was a very enjoyable stay. It just needs a few items that are not costly to buy and the place would be perfect. It is very quite not much night life in the area, so if you are looking for that, you will have to drive 20-30 minutes.
