Cozy Studio Perfect for Couples & Solo Adventurers in Fajardo was a good stay overall. The check-in process was clear and smooth, and finding the location was easy with street parking readily available. The location is great, close to Fajardo’s beautiful beaches. The studio looks just like the photos and was clean upon arrival.A few minor improvements could be made: some of the hanging shelves in the bathroom and studio were loose and barely attached to the wall. Also, the room has no windows, and while the front door has glass to let in light, it offers little privacy as you can see inside through it.Otherwise, it’s a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

hard pass dirty laundry on headboard no windows,super sketchy neighborhood,clean towels every 5 day

i booked 11 days, just 5 days before staying. got there, tryed to cancel owner said no. didnt give 7 days notice. tryed to stay 7 days to satisfy owner. he said no. pitbull next store trys to bite through fence. no windows you can see out of, dirty clothes left in room,scarry area far from anything. door lock works sometimes.no clean towels till 5th day? washer shuts off after 10 min. RUN!!! TO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!

We were told to go down the hallway to the door but that looked more like an alley because it wasn’t on the side of the gate we entered. Though a password was given it didn’t work and we had no tv access. Also no phone given to contact anyone. We left a wedding ring and have no way to ask about getting it back.
