Good time

Exactly as advertised. Parking a few blocks away wasn’t too bad. Beds were comfortable. Walking in/out is/was easy and we felt safe. Lots of places you could walk to in the area from parks to coffee shops. Would recommend.

Beautiful villa

The villa was as advertised. The location was perfect for easy walking to area restaurants. The view from the balcony was peaceful and beautiful overlooking the lagoon. The host checked in several times to make sure everything was going okay. Even though the host has no control of the building administration, the young lady at the front desk was super friendly and helpful with questions we had about the area. The 24 hour security was noticeable and as advertised. We loved being able to store our luggage after check-out so we could grab a bite before our cruise departed.

Overall great stay

I love the Condado lagoon villas, place was clean, great location. Great view, it had everything we needed. Toilet paper, trash bags, beach chairs and a cooler to take with us to the beach. They even had beach towels, the only thing is I didn’t like is how it had no parking.(which they did let us know) Even when we just wanted to go to the room and change and we parked in front of the villas the guy security was very mean and had a warning ticket put on our car, when we told him we were coming right back down. Other than that I would stay again if I don’t rent a car. With parking rates you might as well Uber. Staff was pretty nice except for the one security guy I didn’t get his name..

Nice Location

Studio is clean and comfortable, with a partial view of the lagoon and Condado city area from the private balcony. Short walk to the neighboring hotels, various cafes, and two great beaches.

A peaceful place to stay.

We really liked the location, and how easy it was to get to Old Town and Over to the District T-Moble for two very different experiences. It rained the day that we were going to go to the beach and we didn't get to go, but we did enjoy the pool. We liked that there were beach towels, beach chairs and even a cooler available for us to take to the beach if we would have had the opportunity to go. It would have been really nice if the tropical bar and koi-pond area next to the pool would have been open. It was a shame that it had been neglected and closed down. That bar really would have been a great place to listen to some music have a drink or for the men to smoke a cigar and socialize with other residents of the building. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back and stay in the same location on our next trip to PR. - Kind regards, Lisa Marie.

PR Isla del Encanto

My wife, two kids and I had a very good first time in Puerto Rico. Everything with the apartment was as is described on the website. We had no problem checking-in and out. The building counts with bi-lingual security personnel at main door. That make us feel safe. Everyone is super friendly, helpful and kind. My kids really enjoyed the swimming pool, the jacuzzi, and the gym. The location of the property is perfect. 20 mins walk (10 mins. by scouter) to Old San Juan. Uber is relatively inexpensive. Highly recommend this place!

Great location to base

Nice comfortable apartment with comfortable beds and small kitchenette. Easy walk to a beach and 5min uber ride to old San Juan. Many tours will pick up from this area to explore other places in PR. Nice balcony with water views of lagoon.

Beautiful view, very clean

I would love if they change check out time to a later time as 11:00am is to early. feeling rushed to check out is not a good vacation feeling. I would also add sugars and creamer to the room for morning coffees.

Not fancy, but did the job

When we arrived, the tub was broken which was kind of a bummer after a long day of travel. The property manager was very responsive and got someone out to fix it in the morning, however the fix didn’t stick and it broke again. The second attempt held out the rest of the week. The kitchen faucet didn’t work very well either but functioned enough to get us through. The balcony view was lovely, and the pool facility is very nice here. It is a short walk to the beach. I wish the restaurants that were in walking distance had been a bit better in quality. Mojitos was pretty good but overpriced, and the pizza and burger joint was very meh. Pizza ok, burgers very dry. But back to the property itself, I’d give it a thumbs up overall but it could just use some updating, repairs, and sprucing up, in my opinion.

College graduation trip

When our 3 bedroom condo became unavailable 6 days prior to check in we were not too confident that we'd find another property. Although we were 4 aDults in a one room 2 bed room it was perfect. This was in a perfect location close to everything. Beautiful view of the lagoon, and the nicest front desk personnel. We walked to Condado every night and enjoyed our stay immensely.

I thought the location was great everything was close and the room and view was awesome.

My experience at this property was great the staff was very attentive and friendly they made sure we had everything we needed, for my first experience in Puerto Rico was fabulous and I plan on coming back and staying at the same place.

Great location and view

The location of the property was great with an incredible view. The front desk staff was definitely one of my favorite parts! They were very firendly and welcoming, especially Ruddy. He was funny and always greeted you with a big hello and a smile. The beach was within a 5 minute walk and it was absolutely beautiful! Honestly the only negative I have is the cleanliness of the room. The beds and towels were pristine and clean, the furniture was dust free, but the floors were not clean at all. The capret had not been vacuum in quite awhile and floors were not swept. We had to wear shoes to walk around as we didn't want to track the dirt into our beds, etc. from our feet. I would of given 5 stars otherwise across the board.

Perfect picturesque little piece of paradise!

This unit was great for a weekend with my bestie! The area bleaches and lagoon are beautiful! So much history. San Juan was a quick $5 Uber ride one day and a leisurely walk among the coast the next with sights of kitties, chickens, iguanas, and city history. The security team is great and always asked us where we were going and ensured we made it back okay. Loved chatting with Rudy before and after each trip with his recommendations and interest in how we were experiencing his home island. We did not want to leave!

Great for a short stay.

The property is not at near a great beach and it’s too far from Old San Juan. We used Uber to get around. But it’s a quiet spot to stay. The room: this is a cozy room, basically a small hotel room. There were few amenities and no supplies to do our own cooking. We were only two people and found the space tight. We found the beds too hard. The space is ok for a short stay or if you are not planning to relax in the room. The place is clean and has a shaded view of the lagoon. The small balcony is a nice place to read.
