Host was exceptionally responsive and considerate. The area is quiet and the location puts you within easy walking distance of beaches and a couple of small reefs for snorkeling. A slightly longer trail brings you to more secluded beaches. Close proximity to rain forest and other activities, too, although driving for these are likely needed.

Fernando was very helpful with local eats and responsive to all questions during our stay. The location was quiet, safe and steps away from Seven Seas Beach and the Nature Reserve. The condo was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the roof top deck in the mornings having coffee. Highly recommend this condo for a beautiful home base to explore beautiful Puerto Rico!

Our stay at Fernando’s amazing beach house was amazing. The house was spacious and well stocked. The roof top space was a great place to hang out in the evening and the back yard seating area was a beautiful place to have a relaxing morning coffee.The location is fantastic. So close to many walkable restaurants and beaches. Groceries and more restaurants are just a short drive away.All the beach accessories were a great touch. The high quality beach chairs, umbrella and a cooler were used on many day trips to the beach. The kitchen was also well stocked with spices and other ingredients.Fernando was a great communicator and was responsive to questions and any issues that arose.I would highly recommend staying here.

We took a brief trip to PR with our 5 year old and chose Fernando’s place on a bit of a whim as this was our first visit to the island. It turned out to be an excellent choice! We spent a day at the beach, a day in El Yunque, a day in old San Juan, and made a visit to Parque Forestal la Marquesa on our last day before heading to the airport. The house was spacious, clean, and had all of the things we needed to make our stay easy. The house is about a half an hour from El Yunque, and an hour from old San Juan. The bioluminescent bay tours originate just down the road (3 minute drive). And of course there is the 7 seas beach, right across the street. The beach is full of shade trees and the calmest warm waters you could ask for with a small kid. If you can, I suggest walking down past the life guard shacks as the beach is a little nicer and there. The house came with all of the beach stuff we needed, which was great. We didn’t use everything the house had to offer because we were busy exploring everything the island has offer, but the location was convenient for us and Fernando was very easy to deal with.

This condo at Sietre Mares is excellent. Great location near beaches and restaurants, clean and well stocked, nice roof top deck with hammock, and Fernando was very helpful.

Wonderful location and stay!

Lots of space for big groups or families. Very close to the beach, restaurants, golf, rain forest etc...Gated, well stocked, great communication with host. AC worked well,beds and furntiture were comfortable. Pillows were plentiful but large and firm (I used the couch pillows). Master suite is very nice!

Great house in a great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect, convenient to the Ceiba Ferry, the Rainforest, San Juan and Luquillo and the easy beach access to Seven Seas was perfect. Fernando was always available to answer questions and provide recommendations. House was clean and comfortable and we loved the rooftop area!

The house was perfect for our needs. It was clean and roomy. It easily accommodated 6 adults. The location was great, allowing for day trips into San Juan, Culebra or Vieques . It was very close to El Yunque, and several area beaches. The restaurants were nearby and we didn’t have a single meal that wasn’t delicious.Highly recommend!

Family vacation

This was an excellent base for our family location. Easy access to beach, close El Yungue NF. Nice range of restaurants close by. Property was clean and well maintained. The grill came in handy for suppers. The hammock on the roof was a nice place to enjoy the evening.

Condo was beautiful and large. They had every convenience available, from beach chairs, towels, beach bags to everything you would need to do laundry. The location was great, you could walk right across the street to the beach. I can’t say enough good things about this VRBO and host. He was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

My family and I had an amazing stay at this property. Fernando was always available when needed and was also able to provide answers to any questions that we had throughout our stay in a timely manner. For anyone that is looking to spend some time in Fajardo, this is definitely the place for you! The house is beautiful and well-maintained. We especially loved the roof top terrace. Home is also conveniently located within walking distance to the beach and short driving distance to local shops, excursions, and other activities.

The amount of space is unheard of for this location and price point. Basically has a private pool because there are so few units and the beach is so close, a entire space on the rooftop for hanging out where you can see the mountains AND the ocean, extremely comfortable accommodations, and the most responsive and communicative host I've ever had in all my years doing short-term rentals. I thought check-out was at 11, but it was at 10. Not only was Fernando super understanding, but he met us on the beach to grab the keys so we didn't have to walk back to the house. He also took time out of his busy days to chat with us about the local culture, food, weather, etc, on multiple occasions. When we come back, we will absolutely stay at Fernando's again.

Great place to stay with a family

We had a wonderful stay. Fernando was a gracious host, the house was well appointed, and we all slept well. The community pool was always empty, bringing great joy to our 5 and 8 y.o.’s. Seven seas beach was across the street! A lovely place to relax and swim. There were many local dinning experiences close by, all great. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Piece of paradise

Location is perfect- just a walk down the shared driveway to one of the prettiest beaches to one side and a bioreserve to the other side. Lots of space in a nicely decorated and well-kitted home with wonderful air-conditioning. Hosts were super helpful with local eatery recommendations.

Walking distance from beach

Amazing location, great host, beautiful property with an amazing roof deck with ocean views. We stayed with our infant and appreciate the pack in play, beach towel and beach chairs. It was a great experience and we will definitely return!
