Our stay was short, but the hotel was conveniently located to both the city and the airport

We stay here every time we travel to Guatemala. The restaurant is amazing, the breakfast is delicious! Staff is super friendly and I love the location m. Walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants if you want to venture out. I also love they take you to the hotel.

Probably the best Hotel in Guatemala !

Very friendly staff.

Beautiful

Unbelievably incredible hotel! This place is a PALACE! The pictures shown online do not do it justice. I created an entire photo album just of photos I took in the hotel! The grounds are exquisite, the halls are filled with incredible artwork and statues. The pool is wonderful. The suite we were provided with was fit for a king! The restaurant and the bar are sensational. I only wish we could have stayed longer! I did not want to leave! This hotel provided 10 times the luxury, security, beauty,...

The staff is wonderful. Excellent service and very clean and comfortable rooms. My only complaint would be the beds seem very hard but that would be a personal preference to have a more comfortable bed.

Centrally located. Access to many restaurants, Church and even a green area to jog (if early in the morning). Rooms are upkept with modern amenities. Great for a short stay for either business or pleasure. Great comfortable bed. Except for the hot water, in the shower that failed the first day, I cannot find any flaws to this hotel. BTW, the water was back that evening... dont know why, so I did not complain to management. Would definetely use again in another trip.

Very nice property, staff super professional, excellent location, excellent breakfast. Thank you so much everybody, thank you so much the lady Azul who works in the ice cream shop, very nice professional

We stayed at Casa Serena as a family while looking for a house to rent. Our family has traveled all over the world and having a 3 year old son. There is not another hotel that is even close in terms of being a safe/fun place for kids. Apart from that we have a 94 pound golden retriever. I tried close to 100 hotels none of them would accept a dog over 20 lbs..even resorted to trying pet hotels which would have separated her from her for a week or so breaking all of our hearts. They too would not...

The property was absolutely beautiful. Availability was great, the only thing that I will remark on is that there is not a pool in the hotel or any other surrounding hotels. I went searching for an outdoor pool and could not find one in the area of Cayala. That is the only thing I would recommend. Any pool that could be shared by that hotel and others would be great. Not the AC hotel's fault, will always choose this hotel line.

the best service !!!!

Large rooms and good storage because it was apartment building.

Very clean, employees were most accommodating. Somehow, I was able to make my needs clear to them. They speak very little English and I speak no Spanish. My only complaint is no face cloths were provided. But this was also the case at other hotels. It is a very safe and secure hotel. I felt very comfortable.

The information online is a little bit confusing than when you get there in regards to what is included in breakfast and what is extra. That was my only issue. The property does have an elevator although small.

Clean, modern, great location, excellent place for a great nights sleep.

This hotel is on Zone 10 of Guatemala City, one of the safer zones. The traffic in the city is very bad, but our room was at the back luckily. We had arranged a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, but there was a miscommunication and no shuttle came. Luckily, I was able to phone the hotel and the front desk did then send a shuttle to the airport. It is fairly close to the airport, so is good for an early morning flight. The area around has a number of choices fro dining, and we felt quite...
