Great place at a great value, limited wifi

At first they asked us if we wanted ground floor, and w said yes and got placed in room 4. It was a total nightmare with a rattling door and a shower with no edges. We asked if we could move, they said yes, and we moved to room 7, which was amazing. Clean, great shower, lots of space, a separate wardrobe, etc. Breakfast simple and fresh, hand cooked for us. Our only complaint was wifi, which only worked in the lobby. Overall a very good place.

Hôtel calme et intimiste, jolie vue

Hôtel au calme avec une jolie vue et un bon confort pour le prix, mais les installations nécessiteraient un peu de remise aux goûts du jour et surtout l’accueil reste à améliorer. Plusieurs équipes mal coordonnées, des messages contradictoires selon l’interlocuteur. Le transfert aéroport/ hôtel compris dans notre réservation nous a été refusé sous prétexte du coronavirus alors qu’il n’y avait aucune restriction à l’aéroport, et qu’on nous le proposait avec supplément. Nous avons néanmoins eu deux cocktails en contrepartie...

Un hotel situado en un área residencial, bastante seguro, tranquilo, excelente servicio. Esta cerca de Parque Viva, fuimos a un concierto y nos quedo perfecto.

Great View and Great Staff

Amazing hotel on the hillside overlooking San Jose with an Amazing courtyard and an Amazing view! I would recommend staying here again.

No ac wifi was very weak. Otherwise great location. Staff and owner very attentive to your needs. Food orders takes long time so if you are super hungry you will have long wait.

Santa Anna

Italian style hotel, set in the hills above Santa Anna. Quiet setting with panoramic views of the Central Valley and beyond. Large room overlooking the pool and beautiful gardens with flowers and fruit trees.

This was a perfect stop for me having a couple of days business in the capital area. A quiet, beautiful little spot in the hills, with a great view. Staff was super nice and accommodating.

Property is quite lovely. Makes you feel instantly peaceful. The views are amazing from the pool. The TV is an old tube TV but who watches tv when you have hillside views of mountains. Great location to wind down after a long day. You are in Costa Rica and near a garden so expect an ant or two to get into your room

Very friendly staff. Clean and nice meals. Beds a bit firm. Would suggests guests be told to be considerate of noise as it travels easily. Especially late at night when doors easily slam etc.

Amazing stay at amazing hotel

Amazing and relaxing hotel with large property. Calm and beautiful pool area. Good food and the staff, especually the woman in the reception, was so helpful, nice and informative!

The service is excellent. We were there for a very short period of time (stayed the night and had breakfast in the morning), but the staff were very helpful during this time. We found the views to be breathtaking. I dinged for comfort because the mattress was not very comfortable.
