For what we needed, it was sufficient. Lots of holes in the walls, not all of the lights worked, but the price was very good. The location was not far from the airport, but it looked like it was in a rough side of town. The staff was fantastic.

The staff was super friendly & accommodating. In a good location, 7 min walk to restaurants, grocery store & ATM. Breakfast was really good in the mornings & very much appreciated. This spot is a hidden gem.

The property is extremely sterile and appears almost prison like. The front desk staff was fantastic and extremely friendly. Don’t judge a book by its cover.

Pretty good place to stay for the money, some areas need a little Maintenace and to be upgraded. For example i stay in a suite one of the TV’s was very obsolete a square box from the 90’s definitely wasn’t a flat screen TV, plus they should upgrade to smart TV’s as well. Overall for the money does worth it to stay nice secure location. The staff is very friendly definitely will stay again.

Plaza Real and Suites is not a corporate chain. It is unique because it is a large property but has the atmosphere of a B&B. It has large nicely furnished rooms which are verry comfortable. It is centrally located and close to an entrance of a main artery of the highway systems. You can quickly get to the airport or to the shopping or hospitals of Escazu and Santa Ana and downtown. I could see the national stadium from my window.

En cuanto a limpieza, encontré pequeñas cucarachas en el baño. Adicionalmente, alrededor del hotel no hay restaurantes cerca, y el hotel tampoco ofrece opciones para la cenar. El personal es amable y colaborador, pero para mi, el desayuno estuvo bien, pero el hotel en general queda muy en deuda para su precio.
