There is a garage remote and key located in front of the living room TV to the laundry room. Please return both to the same place after each use.
Upon leaving, please remember to lock the front door and close all windows. Also, please tell us so we can start cleaning.
If there is any trouble, immediately text us using the app platform. We usually respond in minutes.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Very Convenient

This property was perfect for our short stay in San Jose. The owners were very responsive and overall great communicators. Being able to walk to Santana Row was perfect. The check in process could not have been easier. I would definitely rent this place again when returning to San Jose.

Awesome Stay

We stayed in apt 2 and it was perfect for a mother/daughter trip. Lu’o’ng was beyond nice and very attentive. The location is awesome. It’s a 10-15 min walk to Santana Row and the Westfield Valley Fair Mall. If you don’t want to walk there is free parking near Santana Row. So many restaurants and fantastic shopping. There is a lemon tree in the front yard and I picked a few and they were so flavorful! My other daughter goes to Santa Clara so I will be back often.

Home away from home

It’s great! What else can I say? Oh maybe it’s because of the location that is so close to the mall that we can uber for a very reasonable price and heck we can also walk if wanted to. Or maybe it’s because if perfect layout to work at home. Maybe it’s because there are TV in each room to keep the kids preoccupied. No! It was actually the responsiveness and the effort that the owner puts in to ensure we are comfortable and happy…communication is AAA. All I can say is that this will be the place to book if you want to feel like home away from home.

Nice Home, bad initial interaction

I think the Airbnb was nice but the deposit situation left a bad taste in my mouth. The owner asked for an additional deposit right before we were supposed to get access to the place and would not give us the code until we gave them the additional funds outside of the app. This scenario caused us to be late to the event we were going to. They also didn't answer their phone when we were trying to call them to resolve. Their communication after the fact was good, but that whole situation caused for unnecessary issues, and I don't feel that transactions should be happening outside of the app since it leaves the renter unprotected.

Nice Place, Nicer host

My fiancé, her parents, and I were up in San Jose to visit their family and decided to stay here. The place was nice felt clean and was in a good location for us. Do (the host) is very attentive and nice, even supplying snacks and drinks at the vrbo. I would definitely recommend if you need a place to stay in this area.
