Located in the most exclusive area at the east side of the city, the apartment is in a quiet zone with green areas and parks in a neighborhood ideal for strolling around.
It has high skies, great luminosity and ventilation, beautiful views and spectacular sunsets (.but black out curtains for a pleasant sleep).
It also has a kitchen equipped for a comfortable stay.
Is only seven minutes walking distance to cafes and restaurants with a wide range of world culinary traditions; cinemas, shopping centers, supermarkets, convenience stores, gyms, yoga, dance, zumba, capoeira classes and much more.
There is easy access to buses and taxis.
