The Space:
Casa Mañana is a 5-bedroom oceanfront villa in the gated Palmilla community, sleeping up to 10 guests. The single-level layout opens directly onto the Sea of Cortez, with a heated pool, hot tub, and expansive deck where you can watch the sun set over the water every evening. It's 15 minutes south of San José del Cabo and 30 minutes from downtown Cabo and El Arco.

The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances, and the dining table seats 10 comfortably. Large windows frame the ocean from every angle, so you're never far from the view.
Outdoor Amenities
The oceanfront deck is where you'll spend most of your time. The heated pool overlooks the Sea of Cortez, the hot tub is steps away, and there's a covered dining area for meals in the breeze. Sun loungers line the deck, and an outdoor shower, BBQ grill, and fire pit round out the setup. Native plants and water features surround the villa, adding to the sense of privacy and calm.

This gorgeous villa is nestled in the serene and exclusive Palmilla gated community with tranquil and luxurious surroundings and stunning views. Enjoy nearby fine dining, local shops, and the allure of ocean views and breathtaking sunsets right from your villa, and still be just a 30-minute drive from downtown Cabo and local attractions like the iconic El Arco rock formation. Getting Around:
Los Cabos International Airport (SJD) is approximately 24 km | 15 miles away. Driving times to the Cabo San Lucas area vary based on traffic and time of day. Be sure to check your mobile map apps when you arrive. Taxis and ride services are available, and while public transport options exist, a rental car is recommended for convenience. There’s parking for 3 vehicles at the property. We also offer a private transportation option for an additional fee. Please let us know.

Villa pre-stocking, private transportation, activities and excursions, golf tee time, fishing boat/yacht rentals, babysitting services, beach attendant, butler, chef, bartender, and an in-house spa service.
Guests will need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation or upon arrival.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Security cameras are used on the exterior of the property for guest safety and security reasons only.
We kindly ask all of our guests to please abide by these HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 30 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs at the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $500 penalty.
- No parties/events are allowed, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of check-in or anytime during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- If you hire any external providers, you will be responsible for any damaged or missing items at the property.
Interaction with Guests:
Our concierge will meet you at the property to check you in, provide you with keys, show you around, and answer any questions you may have. We kindly ask that you let us know your arrival time at least 48 hours in advance.
