This property does not look like the pictures. It has the potential but as of now it is rundown. Needs to be updated. Lunch and dinner at the buffet was cold and food did not look nor taste fresh. Breakfast had better variety. And dishes were warm. We were not able to eat at the restaurant because there was not possible to get a reservation. When asked, manager was not helpful. He did not make any effort to assist. There was so much noise coming from the resort adjacent to the property. Very difficult to have a nap in the room.

A nice budget all inclusive. It is not luxury, by any means, but the food was pretty good and the staff worked hard. If you are used to many choices for restaurants or lots of choice for drinks, this resort is not for you. Not all bars are open all the time. Most of the day there are is only one bar open and sometimes may not have what you want. Choice for beer and wine is limited. The facility itself is older and can use some work, but they worked hard to keep it clean. Overall, it was a nice stay due to the hard work of the staff.

The room was satisfactory the cleaning was subpar but they did sweep our floors whenever we allowed. The staff were kind but the service could use a little work we had trouble with our room in the beginning with our sliding door and a lizard being in our room and were just told goodluck! The drinks were okay as well as the food we ate off the resort more due to this. I definitely would not stay again but for the price we paid for our spring break trip it sufficed. If you are looking to drink definitely look somewhere else this place is definitely for an older crowd and families.

Probably the best value for the money we have had in staying at an all-inclusive anywhere. The staff were very helpful and were appreciative of any tips they received but was never expected. The food was very good. We would be happy to recommend this to our friends.

Property exceeded our expectations as we arrived with a newly renovated reception area. Truly gorgeous. The rest of the resort is slightly outdated as well as the rooms. Clean simple rooms that they clean everyday. Oceanfront location and you can hear the waves. Two pool bars. Only one restaurant and one snack place.

This is a nice place if you want to drink alot without it being "tracked" like some of the swankier resorts. The food was pretty good, drinks were ok but never-ending. It is aging a bit, tiles were falling off of the pools but it appeared they were trying to fix things as they happened. Rooms were pretty nice and clean. Staff was nice but several times especially while dining we asked for drinks that never came. They have "activities" all day which is great if your into that, if not it was just loud. We were right outside the evening entertainment spot, again, if you aren't into what they were doing it was loud and not super relaxing. Overall it is a good place for the price of an all inclusive.

This place was so much fun! The only thing that was really hard was the luggage situation. They do not have elevators, there are a lot of stairs. They help you get the luggage to your room but had a terrible time getting someone to help me the day we checked out! We had 2 large luggages and as I was asking from my room I asked to different employees if they could help me and both said no I need to go to the front desk (up a bunch of stairs) as they were just standing there talking! A minor inconvenience for a beautiful beach and comfortable rooms.

From check in to check out and all the in between everything was outstanding! We were so impressed by the wonderful food variety with something for everyone. It was especially amazing dining at the Luna restaurant where the food was not only delicious but a piece of art in the presentation! The waiters Alias, Francisco, and Peria the maid all did a great job. We were especially amazed at the wonderful night shows from various cultures with outstanding dancers, costumes and music. The talent was top notch! Our room was clean and comfortable, I usually don’t get a good sleep on motel beds but this bed was so comfy I wanted to take it home with me!! We also really enjoyed the warm pool and the smaller less crowded atmosphere of this all inclusive resort compared to the other ones nearby that were larger, crowded and so noisy! The sounds of the birds…finches, wrens and doves as you dine outside was such a soothing and wonderful treat! All around I recommend this all inclusive over others I have stayed at in Cabo! And be sure to support the non pushy but wonderful beach venders especially the brothers Jesus and Jorge. Please let your staff know what a great experience they blessed us with in our stay!!

Rooms are very outdated. Housekeeping comes anytime between 2-5 pm. But staff are excellent.

The rooms were clean, the resort overall was clean, however the food was lacking. Not alot of options and almost daily at breakfast they were low on food and slow to replace. There was one show the entire week, and just karaoke the rest of the nights. The drinks were also very limited, not a full far.

From the amazing staff to the cleaness of the rooms , property care, combined with the absolute beauty of this area, this was a really enjoyable experience. Cant wait to return next year.
