I paid for a king bed room and the staff put me in a room of a small bed. I had to wait to talk to another staff member on the night so he could change my room. The first staff was negative and dint want to help me.

El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, el servicio es muy buenola piscina super linda y limpia, aspectos a mejorar un poco es el desayuno que no es tan variado es decir no hay mucha fruta por escoger, de resto estuvo muy buena nuestra estadia.
