"Most of the staff were excellent. My room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. It was as advertised as well. The service agent Vanessa, who checked me in and checked me out provided an outstanding service her care and concern for me and my stay were incredible calling me on many occasions throughout my month day to make sure everything was to my standards is something that I have not experienced in the past"

"We had a great stay. The property is beautiful and our suite was lovely. We had just a couple of minor complaints.There is no hair conditioner provided, and none available, apparently. Our shower didn't drain well, and we were standing in ankle deep water during showers. Some of the food in the Bistro was bad (chicken shawarma sandwich and tortilla soup). Also, I left a shirt behind in the room, and felt that not enough was done by the staff to help locate it when I called."
