From this space, a door leads directly to the loggia and the large private patio, offering a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living. A second living and dining room, also featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table, opens onto a balcony with breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and the historic town of San Gimignano.
