Relais Santa Chiara Hotel by Double Hospitality
10/10 Excellent
"We loved it! The property is beautiful, the staff are wonderful, and the breakfast was probably the best we have ever seen in Italy. So many choices. It’s an easy uphill walk to the center and it takes only 10 minutes."

Poderi Arcangelo
10/10 Excellent
"Absolutely stunning scenery with beautiful rolling hills and surrounding wineries. Friendly and helpful staff. Seems to be family owned.
If I were to suggest some areas of improvement, maybe the shower stalls can be cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast varieties could also do with some expansion. But in general it was a wonderful stay! "

Hotel Bel Soggiorno
10/10 Excellent
"Breakfast was absolutely epic—everything is made fresh from scratch daily, and you can truly taste the quality. This is a must-book spot.
The countryside terrace views are incredible—waking up to that scenery every morning is something special.
Rooms are cleaned daily and kept spotless, which makes the stay that much more comfortable.
The staff is super friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to make sure everything is handled.
The location is perfect—right at the entrance of town, with plenty of sights to explore and towers to climb nearby. And the food throughout the area is amazing at every stop.
Overall, an unforgettable stay. Highly recommend."

Agriturismo Il Casolare di Bucciano
10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely loved our stay here. The property was beautiful, along with its views of San Gimignano from our room and the Garden Patio. The dinners there are out of this world, and I highly recommend attending. We absolutely want to go back and spend more time here. Was a great place to base out of and explore Italy by car."

La Casa di Ines
4/10 Poor
"No Heat, No Host Communication and Awkward. We got lucky with check in that the daughter answered the door and let us in. We never saw the host. I thought this was more of a hotel or bed and breakfast than a room in someone's house as it was. We ordered a double room and it was three rooms on the third floor of the property (One being the daughter of the hosts room) and two rooms that we did stay in and a shared bathroom. The daughter did not share the bathroom but it was clear it was hers usually. The pictures show a de-cluttered cuter version of what was there. They are storing (and not in a cute way) there things in these rooms too. Downstairs there was a very small room with a couch I suppose we could have used but it was awkward. We never really saw anyone and never the host the entire stay. I messaged the host twice and never heard back. We wanted wine glasses and for them to turn ON the heat. Yes, there was no heat! It was so cold we didn't want to shower! I think it had to be 55 degrees in there. I expected quaint in San Gimignano for this price, but this was not a comfortable stay. "

Residenza d'Epoca Palazzo Buonaccorsi
10/10 Excellent
"Great location inside the city walls. Historic building with a beautiful courtyard. Room was large, warm, and comfortable in Dec. Host was fantastic and helped us with parking recommendations for our trips to Sienna and Florence. Highly recommend."
