"Clean and surprisingly large room, with a spacious closet and bathroom. My room happened to have a window to the inside courtyard. Front desk staff/owner is exceptionally friendly, helpful, and generous. Property located right at the central plaza - cannot be more convenient!"

"This is a beautiful property in a lovely part of the world. Our family enjoyed the property’s spaciousness, beautiful grounds, and location. The kitchen and bathrooms are well-appointed and the dining room/indoor patio had a comforting wood pellet stove that made the room cozy as our family hangout. And we watched Christmas decorations installed in the charming town of San Gimignano."

"Rita is a wonderful host. She met us at a nearby location and drove us to the apartment. She showed us all the amenities, which are excellent. The place is really a separate house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. The view from the front deck is lovely and it location very serene. We loved the place."

"The room was spacious and the hotel is in a great location right in the middle of town. The balcony looked out over the town and landscape. It could not have been prettier. Also the staff was very friendly."

"Such a nice breakfast out on the patio. Quiet, peaceful. Took a dip in the pool which is gorgeous.. unfortunately weather not super warm during our visit but still enjoyed a refreshing dip! Loved our hike to SanGimingnano. Be aware that this is kind of a remote property, but it is beautiful and peaceful. Its up a windy dirt road. We stayed for dinner two nights and enjoyed the property and hiking. Very nice and helpful staff."
