"Very nice and helpful staff. Close to everything but far enough from the busyness of fisherman’s wharf. Trader Joes a block away. Choose courtyard view for less city noise. We did this and no issues. Great location and great stay."

"The entrance and bench out front was filthy with cigarettes everywhere and the coffee area was messy and trash laying around. The kids play area was not well kept at any given point. The room was fine, but very noisy. Sounded like the neighbors were coming into our room all night. The timer on the bathroom light could go without since it would time out while in the shower and no way to turn it back on. That was wildly annoying. Especially slipping when I got out. The pool was out of service which was a primary reason for this location. The parking fee not listed on reservations and insanely over priced!! Overall not very pleased"

"Building is kept well but outdated. Rooms are well kept but outdated . TV in our room was hit and miss most of the time. No microwave and no safe in room. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great. If you bring a vehicle, parking is secure and on the property, which is nice. Balcony was too small with no place to sit, so little disappointing . Other than their , overall a good place to stay."

"The snap is what made our experience so good! Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was not working correctly in the hotel. Luckily two staff members helped us both days we were there! Can’t say enough about the bellhop and the security officer!"

"We had a great stay at Hotel Zoe - the location was terrific, easily walkable to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39, close to Trader Joe’s and restaurant options, room was modern and clean and exceptionally quiet. Comfortable bed. Lovely courtyard with fire tables and complimentary s’mores kits. Wonderful stay overall and would definitely stay again anytime we’re in the area."

"Loved the location of the Hotel Zephyr and the courtyard games, fire pits and complementary smores were great. Room was generally nice, but a bit more tired than it appeared on photos with some old elements like the Aircon unit and a glitchy TV. Balcony had a super view of the big wheel, though in a room for 4 it needed more chairs! Overall would definitely recommend."

"Cute but very small ... a bunk bed, bathroom& sink ... that's all! There was no dresser, no table, no ledge no chair, we had to put stuff in the sink to keep it off the floor. A bit loud in the morning due to construction taking place in our room was written near the coffee center. So it was loud as people were heating up their breakfasts and making their coffee. If you are in the far end of hall you probably wouldn't have heard any of that. Although the review sounds negative, it wasn't, it was very nice place. The people were friendly and it was really central to everything that we wanted to do period"

"The Riu plaza Fisherman’s wharf was well located for our visit to San Francisco. Staff were friendly at check in. The room was clean, air con worked well and had fridge. Bathroom was on the small size with a bath and fixed shower which was quite low for my 6foot husband. Breakfast was included with the stay, we had to queue each day but staff worked hard to clear tables and this moved quickly. The was a good selection of food which was hot and fresh. Lots of options for food locally and easy to get public transport to the rest of the city."
