「Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff and service, lovely and comfortable spaces. Perfect location! Needs to improve WiFi (esp in top unit) and find a way to soundproof more. Not their fault, but a bar a few doors down pumps music until 3am. I imagine every lodging in the whole city is just as loud, so the City needs to find a way to deal with it.」

「Underwhelming. We primarily chose this hotel because they accommodated our two dogs…and that was the only plus. Unfortunately the place is very run down. The frame of the sofa/bed in our room was broken. There was nothing more than bright overhead lights in the room which was harsh after the sun went down, and the fan had only one speed - on or off. Great location, very central, but there are many hotels that offer the same location/proximity. We were denied early check-in as well as a request...

「M family and I had a wonderful stay. The location is excellent and the views are great. I was traveling with my 80-year-old mother and aside from a couple of steps the access around the property is really good. The best part was the staff.
