An expansive and private balcony overlooks the white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters of the Gulf of California (aka Sea of Cortez). You can even see the amazing mountain ranges off in the distance from this balcony. A charcoal BBQ is provided so you can make a delicious outdoor dinner for the whole group.  This private balcony is a great place to enjoy coffee in the morning and watch the beach come to life. You will also like to grab a cold drink and sit out here in the evenings as the sun sets. The fully furnished living room has a plush sofa and a loveseat with an ottoman in front of a large screen TV.  There are also two recliners for your ultimate comfort and relaxation.  Large windows in the living room overlook the Sea of Cortez and allow plenty of natural light to flow in.  Although the TV has plenty of channels, it may be hard to focus on a show with the beautiful San Felipe city and beaches just outside of your window! All of this relaxing you will be doing may work up an appetite, so it is a good thing that this vacation rental has a chef inspired kitchen to satisfy your rumbling stomach!

A small breakfast nook links the living room to the kitchen. The round table has enough seating for four, and is a perfect place to eat breakfast in the morning or sit with loved ones for a game of cards or memorable conversation. The modern kitchen has all of the appliances you will need to keep your hungry family happy. A large refrigerator can hold all of your groceries or your leftovers from the amazing Mexican restaurants down the street.  The stove and microwave can be used to heat up and cook breakfast, lunch or dinner, and large double sinks make clean up quick and easy. There are plenty of cabinets and a lot of counter space, so the cook of the family will have plenty of space to work their magic.  This home also has bonuses like a coffee maker and toaster. Plenty of plates and utensils are also provided for you to use.

Rental Home Bedrooms
This spacious condo is perfect for multiple families traveling together, or a single multi-generational family on vacation.  It is also set up perfectly for a girl’s getaway, a guy’s retreat or just a fun filled adventure with friends.  There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and the home sleeps 12 people comfortably.   The third bedroom is directly off of the kitchen and has two Queen size beds. This massive bedroom also has incredible views of the water.  Right next to this big bedroom is a bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower, toilet, and vanity area.  Down the hallway, you will find the second bedroom, which has a single queen size bed and it’s own private bathroom. This bathroom has a walk-in shower, gorgeous modern vanity area, and toilet.  Just across the hall is a room with three single beds.  This is a perfect room for kids!
