「アルファルファ広場から近く、バル、スーパーなど近くにあり便利な場所です。広場にタクシー乗り場があるので、移動もしやすいです。受付の方は丁寧で、部屋も清潔感がありきれいでした。オレンジ絞り器がついていたのがよかったです。連泊する際に洗濯機がついていたら便利なのに…と思いました。最上階のテラスが気持ちよかったです。シャワー、エアコンなども問題なく快適に使えました。」

「とにかく、STAFFが全てホスピタリティに富んでます。そして、朝食も、ビュッフェではないけど、豊富にオーダー可能です。部屋もきれいですし、ホットタブもあります。地下にはスパとサウナがあります。静かな室内です。歴史あるとても素晴らしい建物をリノベーションしてあります。」

「朝ご飯が最高に美味しかった。セビージャに行くときはまたこのホテルに泊まります。到着したときのスタッフの対応は完璧。忘れ物をしてしまったのでチェックアウトの後も何度かやりとりをしたが、対応が早く適切で、無事に忘れ物が戻ってきた。ありがとうございました。」

「GW前の空いている時期にしたつもりが、 セビリアはsemanasantaのためシーズンで満室、 料金も普段に比べて高めでしたが、 評価の高かったこのホテルに1部屋空いていたので 慌てて予約しました。 このホテルはわかりにくい場所にあるので、 宿泊前にメールが送られてきます。 何度かメールをやり取りした中で、 返信や対応が早いので、 宿泊前からこのホテルに安心感や好感を持っていましたが、 チェックインすると、 雰囲気のある中庭で日本の旅館のように お菓子とお茶でおもてなしをしてくれたので、 さらに好感をもちました。 また、チェックインの際に観光やレストラン予約を聞いてくれ、 回答や手配をしてくれるので助かります。 部屋はメゾネットになっていて、バストイレは階下にあり、 狭いながらも機能的に使用することができました。 夜はギターの生演奏があります。 アメニティはロクシタンですが歯ブラシは付いていません。 でも、機会があったらまた利用したいと思いました。」

「Room was very large with kitchen. They provided wine and some snacks but both proved impossible to open. Also out door lock didn’t work for a day. They eventually fixed this but travel partner was concerned about it for awhile. I tend to think these experiences were more bad luck than anything else. The location is nice-close to tourist sites. Good for walking around Seville. They communicate via WhatsApp very effectively. One potential caveat is lack of hotel staff outside...

「My room was spotless and spacious. It had a mini fridge that was stocked with whatever you might need (not free, of course). Continental breakfast was plentiful, but simple, there was an a la carta option that I didn't partake. I had the terrace room and being able to have your own small pool in this heat was amazing. I would definitely stay again.」

「Very clean and kitchen was well appointed. We had a ground floor unit so there was street noise in the evening (night was fine). We also had a patio instead of a deck so no views and only somewhat private (upper units had windows onto our patio). The entry foyer to the building and one of the bed rooms had a hint of a strange odor that we couldn’t place, but it wasn’t unbearable. The location was walkable to tourist areas but not in the tourist areas.」

「フロントの対応が良かった。掃除スタッフのみなさんもとても感じが良く、清潔だった。大聖堂、アルカサルには歩いていけて、目の前はたくさんのレストランやお土産屋さんがあるので便利だった。夜は静かだった。」

「Très bel appartement bien situé à Séville. Moderne et pratique. Cependant, manque un peu d’essentiel (linge à vaisselle, vaisselles pas assez pour 6). Mais sinon très bon séjour!」
