The staff at the check in counter were very accommodating with their big smile. Check in process is very straightforward as I booked prepaid. I was impressed with the place. I called it paradise. What I like about this property was the serenity and peaceful place. The resort is tucked away overlooking the Visayan sea with endless ocean view where the very next island stretches all the way to Masbate island in Central Philippines.
