Welcome to your stylish escape in the vibrant Mission Hills neighborhood! This modern and sophisticated second-floor duplex offers the perfect blend of comfort and elegance, making it an ideal choice for business travelers, couples, or friends seeking a memorable getaway.
With two beautifully designed bedrooms and two contemporary bathrooms, this space provides ample room for relaxation and rejuvenation. Step outside & enjoy the convenience of being just a short walk away from great restaurants!

The Space:
The two bedrooms are as follows:
Bedroom 1: King
Bedroom 2: Queen

Please note this unit is on the second floor of a duplex. The unit below is a vacation rental, as well. There is also a 3-bedroom house on-site that we manage. There are no shared spaces between these rentals.

There is enough space for 4 medium cars to park in the driveway.

Guest Access:
Guests have complete access to Unit B with no shared spaces.

Urban vibesSo many mixed feelings about this place. We are locals who stayed for a few weeks due to home remodel. Very busy area with great restaurants and coffee options within a stone's throw. Immediate responses from host/management company but unfortunately AC was broken on day 1 was never repaired despite me waiting for technician on 4 separate days. If more than 2 people are staying in the apartment, eating and watching TV is logistically difficult given layout.
