One of the best stays ive had at any hotel. The room big and had all the right ammenities. I was able to get to the convention center in less than 10min. Overall I was satisfied with my stay and will come here again.

Great place to stay. Easy check-in and the host was quick to respond with any questions or concerns. Definitely felt like home with the ambience of being in my own bedroom. The area around the hotel is quiet and well maintained. Parking is easy to find and cheap. Sunday parking is free. And lots of food places in the area. Will stay here again on my next adventure.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay! For the price is was great and the room was clean. The staff is AMAZING and very responsive! I left my wallet and they were quick to let me know. Also, definitely check your messages if you don't get your room number and codes in an email. Parking can be a pain but there is a place across from Kind Coffee that's 15 a day instead of 35.

We really liked our room, it was suite #22. It had everything we needed for the time we were visiting San Diego (microwave, mini fridge, a couple of dishes, shower with hot water). The Hotel does not have its own parking so my advice is to look into where you want to park before staying here. We could hear people from other rooms but it wasn’t too bad to the point where we couldn’t sleep, we just turned the AC on and it tuned out the noise. Overall the stay was good, the room was cute but find parking before you stay here.

this is basically a hostel for grown ups. In one of the worst parts of town there's no lobby or visible staff, my room did not have a closet and looks like the "bathroom" was added to a nice fraternity room. walls are thin so i could here the tv from a room down the hall. low price so small room expected. its clean they sent me the codes (no keys) morning of stay. didn't need anything so not sure but they seem responsive. great as a crash room.

The room was great. They tried to run my credit card after it said “pay at check-in” never received a 48hr email only after I called to complain about them running my card when I haven’t checked in, ignoring my calls 4x times after I messaged them to answer and got a “sigh” from Angela. Just thought that was fishy as hell. Why charge my card when I haven’t received a confirmation email like stated on site and why charge my card if I’m not checking in?! Was told I’d get a call back but was sent the email and payment link at 11am for a room you can’t check in into until 4pm.

This lovely little studio apartment is located in a great neighbour of restaurants within a 30 minute walk of Little Italy, the Gaslamp District and the Zoo. The host was excellent at check-in and kept in contact to ensure our comfort. There is a refrigerator, microwave and some dishes for the convenience and savings of dining in the room. Do bring earplugs as there is some street noise and the airplanes fly over on a regular basis.

The walls were thin, I could hear someone coughing next door throughout the night. The Wi-Fi didn’t work but I could do without it. This stay wasn’t all bad. The staff were very attentive and fast to respond. The luggage storage room was a big plus for me. I’d not stay here again. I’d say a 3.5/5. The staff called me and asked me to leave a 5 star review which didn’t sit well with me personally because it wasn’t a 5 star stay.
