Lawn Care: 🌱 Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, usually visits on the 2nd/3rd week of each month, with a start time of 9 AM (earliest) 🌞. Please note, the schedule may vary depending on weather conditions. ☀️🌧️
🛠 Every Tuesday for regular trash collection and return them to their original location in the afternoon - Trash collection, handled by Can Monkey (a third-party service). They will pull the trash bins to the curb .

For the safety and security of our property and guests, please be advised that a security camera is installed on the exterior of the property.
