The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook at home, while the living room offers a comfortable space to unwind after a day at the beach.
The home accommodates up to seven guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. The primary suite features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Another bedroom offers a queen bed, while a third bedroom includes two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends traveling together. The fourth bedroom features a cozy daybed, perfect for additional guests or a flexible lounge space. A second full bathroom with a tub/shower combination serves the remaining bedrooms.
Step outside to a private outdoor area with a grassy lawn — a great spot to enjoy fresh air, fire up the BBQ, or relax in the San Diego sunshine. It’s perfect for casual outdoor dining, kids to play, or unwinding after a day at the beach.
With ocean views, a spacious layout, and a prime location close to everything Pacific Beach has to offer, Pacific Heights is the perfect home base for a memorable coastal getaway.
Special Considerations:
There is a full-time tenant residing in the unit above the garage. They are very quiet and do not use the driveway for parking. All outdoor spaces are separate, and the tenant has their own private patio.

This home has a maximum occupancy of 7 Adults. Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced.
No smoking is allowed inside or outside any of our properties – No Exceptions.
This home (like most in this coastal area) does not have air conditioning. (No A/C). Floor fans will be provided.
This property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with La Jolla Vacation Rentals.
For homes that allow pets there are certain rules that always apply. Pets are never to be left alone in the homes uncrated. If you plan on spending time away from your pets please find a doggy day care or crate your pet. You can call our office for recommendations or check the Welcome Book.
There will be a $40/Night pet fee if brining a Pet. For longer stays you can inquire about our flat weekly and monthly rates.
Parking notes: There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 3 cars. There is 24 hour street parking at the end of driveway, however please be mindful of other driveways and parking signs.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Quiet hours start at 9pm and end at 8am. Please be mindful of noise specifically in outside space during this timeframe.
This home is PET FRIENDLY. There will be a pet fee of $40/Night. Ask about flat rates for stays of a week or more.
Baby items are available to rent for an additional charge (high chair, pac-n-play and stroller)
