This place had everything I needed for my stay.Kitchen was perfect and the area was close to food, shopping and freeways. Super quiet as well. I would definitely recommend to stay here.

Kat’s place is so cute! Perfect for 2, has everything you need, and more! Kat replies quickly, is very accommodating, and provided what was needed if there was a request. If I come back to this area, I’d love to stay at Kat’s again!

Love the relaxing view!

Our second time staying in this cute apartment, which once again met our needs as a base for visiting family and friends in the area. Parking and accessing the unit are simple, and the relaxing view is wonderful. The owner is thoughtful and quick to respond to any needs or concerns. Thank you!

We hope to return!

We have family in the immediate area and needed a place for 6 nights. This truly felt like our home away from home. The unit was private, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Kat was a great host. We will return!

The unit is very nice, newly renovated and clean on the inside. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay. Note (for privacy purposes) that the unit is behind a home where you will need to walk up a drive way to the back to locate the unit. The living room window and bedroom window of the unit faces the backyard common area and slider of the home it shares walls with. The host was very helpful upon arriving to the unit. It’s a hidden gem for a short term stay if you aren’t looking for a place with scenery/view.

Such a delightful place.

Property was very clean and very well stocked with everything one could possibly need. It was quiet and peaceful. The hostess was extremely kind and responsive. I hope to visit again.

Lovely

We had a great stay. The property was just as described. It appears to be newly renovated and was very clean. The apartment was well equipped with everything needed for cooking and living comfortably. It is attractively decorated. There is a Keurig coffee maker that had some starter pods, sweetener and creamer along with a variety of teas. We especially appreciated the spacious closet where we could unpack our clothes and store our luggage out of the way. It was nice not to live out of our suitcases or worry about tripping over them. The washer and dryer allowed us to pack light and do laundry as needed. The shower is roomy, has good pressure and plenty of hot water.Kat greeted us upon arrival and invited us to take advantage of the shared outdoor patio area and to contact her if we had questions or concerns. We also encountered her mother a couple of times along with the upstairs residents. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet, lovely and felt very safe. Street parking was easy, convenient and near the unit. The area is easily accessible and a quick drive to a lot of attractions.All in all, we enjoyed our stay and the accommodations. We would definitely stay there again and readily recommend it to others.

Short trip to San Diego

We stayed for three days. property was beautiful and centrally located in a very nice location. Kat was very accommodating in that we had six adults and nine children visit us, and we were able to use the patio to make everyone comfortable . We would recommend this property to everyone.

Great Place!

What a wonderful property! My husband and I stayed for our daughter’s graduation from SDSU. It was easy access to and from the campus and if needed, the trolley station is within walking distance from the property. The property has everything that you could need for kitchen washer dryer for longer stays perfect little apartment for an extended stay for sure! Thehost was very responsive, and even offered some beach items if we decided for a beach day. I would highly recommend this property for your next trip to San Diego. We will definitely be staying again when we come out to visit our daughter.

This was such a great property! great neighborhood, not too far off the freeway, parking was great, the entire property was clean and welcoming. The rental exceeded my expectations and I will definitely be staying there again when I head down to SD.
