Make San Diego your next corporate or fun getaway in this brand new home in Bay Park! Dual-unit setup (4br front house, 3br rear house) with private outdoor area and rooftop deck between units with views of the sunset, bay and Sea world fireworks. Minutes from the airport, Sea World, Zoo, and Mission Bay Park. Great location for work retreats! Between the memory foam mattresses, chef's kitchen and luxury amenities, you may never want to leave! *On site- golf sim now ready -inquire for details! There are 4 bedrooms in the front home, all on one level with 3 bathrooms including the primary suite. The full bed has a pull-out twin trundle bed. The rear home is across the courtyard and is up a flight of stairs includes the rear 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as well as an additional full kitchen and living room which has a queen size pull out couch. Plenty of street parking in front of the house and room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. Guests will have access to the front yard and driveway parking as well as unlimited street parking. Rental includes both units, the courtyard, front yard and upper deck in between. Guests will check in with a smart lock code and host accessible by messaging and phone. In person only in the event of issues not able to be handled virtually. High chair and mini crib available at no additional charge. High speed wifi, smart TVs and quiet neighborhood. Golf sim access now available!! State of the art golf sim and game room available for $200 per stay and waiver completion for all players. Please inquire upon booking for additional details. Early check-in: We will make our best attempt to accommodate early check-in requests whenever possible based on availability. When available, we offer early check in up to 2 hrs early free of charge (2:00pm PST). Check in before 2pm is permitted if the property is available for a flat fee of 150$ due the day prior to check-in and can be confirmed up to 48hrs in advance. Late check out: We request any late check out requests be made 24 hrs prior to check out time so we may confirm with our cleaning team based on availability. Trash day: Garbage day is on Wednesday morning ( garbage weekly, recycling every other week and green waste weekly). If your stay falls mid-week please kindly take the garbage down to the end of the driveway for pick up. Yard work: Our landscaping maintenance team is on site in the exterior of the home/courtyard on Wednesday mornings, please let us know if this interferes with your plans so we can adjust accordingly.

Perfect for our family!

We were a gathering of family and close friends in San Diego for my son's wedding. The house was amazing, clean, incredible layout, well stocked with everything we needed, including really cool toys for my grandkids. I highly recommend this property.
