Summary: Experience your own private beach in the backyard. Ideal for enjoying a fun weekend with friends, corporate lodging with parking or a quick getaway near downtown.
The Space: 10 overnight guests + 4 visitors = 14 total people allowed on property.
Boat House has 3 bedrooms with 6 beds plus couch and perfect for a tight-knit group seeking San Diego sunshine in the yard. Please note beach area is full of high quality golf course silica sand but is not an actual beach.

House are located on an alley and we do not have neighbors, so you are welcome to be yourselves and have a good time.
The Neighborhood: We are located on an alley in a commercial / industrial neighborhood. This rental is not suitable for everyone and is not great for families with small kids or elderly (not a tourist area). Our company, Good Life Resorts, recommends this rental for adventurous and open minded guests that are seeking a totally unique and private experience.
Getting Around: Uber downtown, conference center or Golden Hills are approximately 6 blocks Airport only 10 minutes Coronado Beach (10 min) Mission Beach & Pacific Beach (20 min)
Other Things to Note: Parking for 2-3 cars included. Free street parking is available nearby. House is on an alley, so it will be half block walk to exit the alley and park your car.
House & entrance are located on an ugly alley in a commercial / industrial neighborhood. It’s safe, but NOT recommended for kids. You are welcome to bring kids ONLY if you are adventurous and let us know any concerns before you book. No refunds will be given if you claim you did not know this is a commercial neighborhood nor if you do not like the neighborhood.
During the Covid-19 pandemic NO parties will be allowed under any circumstances.
Animals & pets allowed, $100 non-refundable cleaning fee due at time of reservation. Animals must be disclosed prior to arrival and fee must be paid to owner before arrival.
Interaction with Guests: Our guests will receive a digital code for entry. We are available nearby to help and will keep in touch while providing you with privacy.

The city gave no notice and when trying to leave for beach, they had dug a 6 foot deep and 20 foot
Continued: dug ditch that totally blocked us from leaving Waited hours for them to cover ditch for us to pull out. Was told they would be taking cover off and working next few days. Not real convenient for family with 3, 6, 11, and 12 year old
The listing does not prepare you for what to expect upon arrival. Prepare to be confronted by strung out homeless people on your way down the sketchy alleyway to the old gate to the property. From there, you will be greeted by a plethora of spiders inside, showcasing their intricate webs. If you feel like this is enough to bring to the attention of the owner, you will be mocked and have your appearance insulted. We stayed for a total of 30 minutes before leaving. No refund given for the multiple nights booked, nothing. The safety equipment listed? Yeah, broken or empty. Floors are caving in and a harmony of what sounds like gunfire nearby. Good luck and may the odds be ever in your favor.
