Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home including the community amenities. Please note, the garage is not for guest use.
There is no street parking available, as parking violations/tickets are strictly enforced. There is parking available in the clubhouse parking lot.
Other Things to Note:
We require all guests to sign a Good Neighbor Policy document prior to staying. We do enforce their policy so it must be signed in order to receive checkin info, but we will make it super easy for you to initial and sign :) It can all be done online.
HOUSE RULES: * No smoking inside unit ($600 minimum additional odor removal fee) * Backyard hours are 8 AM - 10 PM (to be courteous to the neighbors and abide by the San Diego City Noise Ordinance) * Clean lint trap before using dryer * Clean makeup off face before using towels * Nothing besides toilet paper flushed down toilet * If you cook, you must reasonably clean kitchen before you leave ($35 service fee) * 3 Additional Daytime Guests are allowed to visit, but they must leave by 10pm. ($100 penalty/additional person per night if there are more than 3 or they stay past 10PM) * Please note, 1 small dog is allowed. There is a $125 fee per pet.
