House was very clean and fully stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. There was enough room for the 9 guests in our party. House was in a great location, walking distance to beach and restaurants. Toni with the management company was available to answer questions.

The property was incredibly clean and well appointed. We were delighted by the kids toys, full kitchen and just amazing space to enjoy!Only thing to note is that there are quite a few rules around the HOA and parking. Parking is incredibly tight. We managed to squeeze in a minivan but it was quite hard to do. The location couldn’t be better between the bay and ocean!!

Perfect for family of 6 adults and 1 baby. Everything we needed for cooking/eating, beach days and even toys and play area for small children was provided. The house was super clean and organized. Location was the best, walk to beach or bay. We brought our own bikes and paddle boards and locked them in the closet in car port. PERFECT!!! I would stay here again.

Excellent across the board. Our family of 8 found the unit perfect, two small kids, six adults. The unit is outfitted with great appliances, cooking equipment, utensils, beautifully decorated, top notch bathroom fixtures, more TV's than you can possibly use. Check in and out was seamless. In spite of others having issues with parking we had no problem fitting a Kia large SUV while parking an additional car two blocks away. No problems with theft as it seems that San Diego has really cut down the homeless population in and around Mission Beach. We even fit two adult bikes in the bike closet after a little rearranging of beach chairs and stuff. The HOA rules are strict but we didn't have any problems. Nice quiet section, not too far removed from the restaurants and bars. If we do another family gathering we would return

Nice family accommodations

Nice accommodations! Very clean upon arrival. Kitchen and pantry well stocked with dishes, etc. Totally appreciated paper products provided. Laundry soap and dryer sheets provided. Kids area under stairs was very fun! Location on Nantasket Court was good. Small markets and restaurants close. Linens were nice. Beach chairs and toys provided.

Close to the beach and bay but away from the madness

We had a great stay! It was so well-suited for our group of 7 for a week-long stay. We were in walking distance of everything we needed. The beach was a 2 min walk. The bay was 1 min walk. All eating options were no more than 10-15 min walk. If you get groceries delivered, you really never have to get in your car! The sleeping arrangements worked great. It was nice to have 3 full baths as well. The rooftop deck provided a nice vantage point to see fireworks from multiple directions. The kitchen was well-stocked and we cooked several meals and lacked none of the essentials. The main room was a nice space for us all to gather in the cool temperatures. It was very nice to have plenty of beach chairs available to use because it's such a hassle to bring them. Finally, there are 2 tandem parking spaces to use. It was so nice to not have to hunt for parking on the street! As the listing indicates, the spots are small and the space is tight, but it beats the alternative! We stay at a lot of vacation rentals, this is one of the best.

A Golden Nugget

This propeerty is like finding a golden nugget amongst the straw! Quietly located within walking Distance of 2 beaches, a small park, and the old boardwalk.The newly refurbished dwelling is absolutely spotless and easily accomodates 6 adults and 3 children!! Such care was taken to provide children with a built in Play kitchen under the stairwell to the loft, with plenty of boxes labelef with toys! Very up to date electrical appliances and clearly labeled spaces for kitchen, cleaning, and appliance storage.Our 50th Anniversary Family Trip from Northern California will ber a forever wonderful memory!

Perfect location

Our family of 10 stayed there and we thought it was perfect. Good location for everything mission beach has to offer. Quiet neighborhood close to ocean and bay right in the middle of all the shops and resuarants.

Wonderful home!

Wonderful home! Very clean, great location and so well appointed!! Even some first aid items were available. Tight parkng if you have a larger car as our group did but plenty of spots just two blocks away at the water park. Communication with the host was great too. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely spot

The property is so convenient to both the beach, the bay and good food within easy walking distance. House is clean, crisp and kitchen is well stocked. Enjoyed both a small and a larger deck. Great place for wide range of ages!

Amazing Cali Spring Break

Family Celebration

The house accommodated our family of 10 very well.The entire interior is nicely decorated creating a comfortable, relaxing setting.Plenty of supplies for the kitchen, bathrooms and laundry.The house is also very child friendly. Close to the beach with restaurants nearby.

Perfect Prioperty

While we were a little initially put off by some of the restrictions, we soon discovered they were not excessive for the property Great location, very modern and clean. It was apparent a lot of thought had been put into a quality experience. Very easy to enjoy both the ocean and the bay. Our family was very happy with the unit. We would certainly rent again.

Incredible house and host

The house was so perfect for our two families with small kids! The play kitchen area and supply of toys was amazing! The location was perfect! The space was so well used and thought out. Great Home & Location

We enjoyed the stay and the communication with the host was superior to any other experience that we've had. The home was nice, clean, beds comfortable, well stocked. We didn't initially realize it was on the second floor but it was fine. We were disappointed we didn't have a BBQ but we used a griddle that was provided. The location is perfect, about halfway between Mission & Pacific beaches. This place is sure to please.

Cute at a button home

This is a great home so well equipped. The kids area is perfect to keep them entertained. Great location to walk to the beach and the bay. The only negative is the parking situation.
