Great location, quiet neighborhood. Easy to jump on the freeway system if you plan to go to downtown San Diego or the beaches. Nice amenities: Keurig/mini refrigerator, grill, outdoor eating area and comfortable chairs to relax in.

We had everything we needed with the water pitcher, coffee machine, and space to put our luggage. The neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to the highways that it was easy for us to get around. Check in and check out were straightforward.

Great stay, highly recommend!

The location was perfect in a beautiful, quiet, safe neighborhood. It is close to friends we were visiting and also convenient to restaurants, kayaking and hiking. The size was great for the two of us and was very private despite other guests around us. Our wonderful hosts provided everything we needed for a most comfortable stay. Very clean and much more homey than staying in a hotel. We'll be back next time we visit the area!

A little piece of heaven

This Italian style villa was one of the highest quality places my husband and I have stayed. Every detail was seen to and the place was extremely clean and well stocked with essentials. The warmth and attentiveness of the host was also appreciated!

Cut little place to stay

The villa was the perfect place for us to stay for a short trip to San Diego. The hosts were lovely and brought us some chocolate covered strawberries and Prosecco for Valentine’s Day. Quiet neighborhood, just what we needed. Thanks!

Cute location and everything was well put together. I like sleeping cold so I just wish there was a separate AC unit for the rental instead of central ac that we can not access.

Great studio apartment

We had a short but very comfortable stay in this very nice studio apartment in a quiet upscale neighborhood. We had everything we needed . The furnishings were in excellent taste and the courtyard was secluded and peaceful. Excellent stay!
