LIVE LIKE A LOCAL! By FAR the best location in PB. Close to the most popular restaurants and bars!

Sleeps up to 6 guests on 2 queens and a full sized pullout couch!! Eat dinner and watch the sun set on your own PRIVATE PATIO!! All new appliances!!

We’re in the heart of Pacific Beach, one block off Garnett (the Main Street in PB with all the shops and restaurants). Only a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the boardwalk! You can’t get a better location than this!

This unit has its own private balcony! The beautiful private patio is complete with a fireplace and grill for you to enjoy.

We have a laundry room available for guests with washer & dryers.
ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES ALLOWED!! Please be respectful of neighbors and keep noise down to a minimum after 10pm! Any parties will result in IMMEDIATE eviction and no refunds. No exceptions!!! We are close with our neighbors and have surveillance cameras outside so please don’t attempt it.

No smoking inside the house! No confetti AT ALL! $30 extra cleaning fee will be charged.

San Diego wedding

Very comfortable, had everything we needed. Just a note, there was a screw on the deck that could be damaging for barefoot. I placed a toy on it to avoid it.we would fixed it, but didn’t have tools.
