The Space:
You’ll stay in the top level of a split-level home, enjoying full privacy with no shared spaces. The upper floor includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (jack and jill style), a bright living room with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with southern charm.

Guests have access to the entire top-level unit, including the front and back yard. Please note there is no access to the bottom-level rooms.

Getting around San Diego from this home is easy and convenient. You’re centrally located with quick access to major freeways (I-94, I-805, and I-15), making it simple to reach downtown, beaches, Balboa Park, the Zoo, and the airport in 15–20 minutes.
Guests can enjoy free street parking and easy rideshare or delivery access. Public transportation is also nearby for those who prefer to explore without a car. Whether you’re here for business or leisure, everything you need is just a short drive away.

Guests must be atleast 25 years old to book; the person making the reservation must stay for the duration.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited on the property. If any evidence of smoking is found, the renter agrees to a penalty fee of $250.

Pet Policy: **We welcome up to 2 dogs with prior authorization. A pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay applies. Please ensure pets are well-behaved and that you pick up after them in outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping the space clean and comfortable for everyone.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low during this time, especially in outdoor areas. Thank you for your cooperation and respect for our neighbors.
